SITES

Sites that participate in the Copper Mark Assurance Process are committed to responsible production practices to support the green transition. They are divided into two categories: sites that are assured against the Copper Mark Criteria; and sites that are assured only against the Joint Due Diligence Standard for Copper, Lead, Nickel and Zinc.

Sites that are assured against the Copper Mark Criteria

These include copper producers engaged in extracting, producing and/or trading the principle covered metals (copper, molybdenum, nickel or zinc) from mine sites to, and including, producers of refined metal products (refiners). Sites that have received the Copper Mark and those who are participating in the Assurance Process are listed here.

Sites that are assured only against the Joint Due Diligence Standard for Copper, Lead, Nickel and Zinc

Sites that use the Copper Mark Assurance Process for an assessment against the Joint Due Diligence Standard include all companies extracting, producing and/or trading copper, lead, nickel or zinc materials from mine sites to, and including, producers of refined metal products (refiners). Sites that have completed or committed to an assessment against the Joint Due Diligence Standard are listed here.

The below chart indicates eligibility per standard based on metal.
